The CA had previously issued a notice indicating the revocation of licenses for several broadcasters, including Standard Group, due to alleged non-compliance with broadcasting regulations. Standard Group contested this decision, arguing that it infringed upon their constitutional rights, including the right to receive information as stipulated in Article 35 of the Constitution. The court’s temporary order effectively suspends the implementation of the CA’s decision until the matter is fully heard.
