National Treasury CS Njuguna Ndung’u was ranked the third worst-performing at 24 %, tying with his Water and Lands Ministries counterpart Zachariah Njeru and Land’s CS Alice Wahome.

Labour Cabinet Secretary Florence Bore (25 per cent), Trade’s Rebecca Miano (27 per cent), Public Service’s Moses Kuria (27 per cent), EAC’s Peninah Malonza (27 per cent and Cooperatives Development’s Simon Chelugui (31 per cent) rounded the top 10.

Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki has been ranked as the best-performing CS in President William Ruto’s administration, according to the latest TIFA survey .

Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, who also serves as the Foreign Affairs CS, emerged second with a 62 per cent score while Education CS Ezekiel Machogu came third at 58 per cent.
