NCBA has expanded its footprint in Homa Bay County with the official launch of its new branch. This investment reinforces the bank’s dedication to serving the economy by bringing financial products closer to its customers.
The new branch boasts a growing customer base, with over 1,000 accounts opened since it opened its doors in January 2024. This is owed to strategic partnerships within key economic sectors, including retail trade, transport, farming, education, and the blue economy.
Speaking at the launch, NCBA Group Director Technical and Operations Isaac Owilla said, “The launch of this branch reflects our commitment to bringing our services closer to our customers. Our presence here is not only about financial growth but also about empowering individuals, small businesses, and organizations with the resources and financial knowledge they need to thrive.”
With a growing population of about 1.2 Million people, and a growing blue economy, NCBA is well-positioned to support Homa Bay’s diverse industries with specialized accounts, investment solutions, insurance products, asset finance, digital products and SACCO business support. “We welcome financial institutions in Homa Bay County as they are a bridge to our business community(s) success.” Said Hon. Gladys Wanga, Governor of Homa Bay County, during the launch. “We believe that through the services offered by NCBA, the businesses in Homa Bay are positioned to succeed. Such kind of partners are right for our county because their focus is on propelling our people to greater heights”. She added.
As NCBA continues to grow its footprint in Homa Bay, it will also focus on bridging untapped market opportunities, looking forward to further collaborations with county and community leaders, while at the same time developing financial solutions that support sectors critical to the county’s development.
NCBA Homa Bay Branch is located at Glory Plaza, and customers are invited to open accounts at the branch.
